I Survived #Snowmageddon2015!

I am proud to announce that I, as a southerner from Virginia, survived my first snowstorm as a college student in NYC! Not only was it a snow storm, but it was #Snowmageddon2015, that huge winter storm named Juno.

Even though we were stuck in the dorm for a few days it was still a fun and new adventure for me. I participated in my very first snowball fight, which turned into capture the flag/football/wrestling match against other dorms on campus. We also had a game night in our lounge where we had hot chocolate and cookies and played a very intense game of Taboo.

I must say that this snow, which was so much deeper than I though it was, has made me love NYC so much more and I look forward to more of it in the years to come. Sound off in the comments below and let me know how your #Snowmageddon2015 went!
